It is time for another “Where we are Wednesday.”
This Wednesday we are finishing up a job front and back. The front of the yard is completely Xeriscaped and has no grass, and we have tied Xeriscape principles into the backyard. Since the house has weathered wood on the siding in places we chose to put a tumbled brick in the front and a more traditional paver in the back and along the side. We used a recycled barn wood post for landscape lighting. The guys also inset sandstone steps into the paths to help address the grade changes. The 2nd patio will have a hot tub and overlook the golf course. Grass is scheduled to be installed next week! This is one of those projects that I can’t wait to see in 2 years when plants have grown in. Enjoy!
